About the Role
We are a growing landscaping and snow removal startup seeking a Head of Sales & Contracts to build, manage, and scale our entire sales division.
This is a partner-level opportunity, not a traditional job. Compensation is equity commission, tied directly to performance and milestones, not hours worked.
Your mandate is clear:
Build the sales machine and bring in contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales division end-to-end
• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close residential, commercial, and property management contracts
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
• Personally close early-stage deals and oversee pipeline growth
• Develop scalable sales systems, scripts, and outreach strategies
• Build and manage a sales team as the company grows
• Track performance against monthly and seasonal targets
Who This Is For
• Experienced sales closer or sales leader
• Entrepreneurial, ownership-minded, and highly accountable
• Comfortable with commission-based and goal-based compensation
• Background in B2B services, landscaping, snow removal, construction, or property management is a strong asset
• Confident in your ability to hit targets and earn ownership
Compensation Structure
• Equity stake (earned and/or vested based on performance milestones)
• Commission per contract closed
• Goal-based incentives tied to monthly, seasonal, and annual revenue targets
