We are a friendly, well-established dental clinic seeking a Full-Time Receptionist who enjoys helping people, managing phones, and staying organized. No dental experience required — comprehensive training will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone transitioning from call centres, retail, hospitality, or front-desk roles into a professional healthcare environment with long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Trained To Do

Answer incoming calls and assist patients professionally
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Greet patients and manage front-desk flow
Handle basic billing and insurance coordination (training provided)
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the clinical team with administrative duties
