Office Administrator - Part time

Description

A small legal office in central Scarborough, Ontario is hiring a part-time Office Assistant (20 hrs/week).

Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Familiar with Google Calendar (email & scheduling)

Duties (training provided):
• Manage and open files
• Organize, scan, and upload documents
• Answer phones, assist front desk
• Schedule appointments & client communication

Hours to cover:
9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Ideal for entry-level or intermediate candidates with interest in legal office work.
