The building is amazing, we've had no complaints over the last year and a half. Everything in the unit feels brand new and the location is amazing.
We have a dog, and the unit is great for pet owners. There's an off-least area adjacent to the building with complimentary poop bags so you never have to worry about where your furry friend will go have some fun!
This is a lease takeover, with the option to renew when the lease expires July 31. Which is great, if you don't want to worry about being locked into a full year in a new building.
Rent breakdown:

Underground parking spot: $175
(This current lease has the $175 parking spot built into it, but if you decide come renewal that you don't want the underground parking, you can remove that)
Move in day would be March 22, and you would start paying rent April 1.
