We are looking for people to shovel snow for the rest of the winter. It would help if you live in or close to these areas but not essential: Brentwood, elbow park, lakeview, edgemont, dalhousie, north haven

Below are the details for the job, please read it over and if you think you would be a good fit please get back to me with what neighbourhood you live in and what your daily commitments are with work or school

Expectations:
Contractor is expected to provide their own vehicle and fuel
Contractor is to check for snow each and every morning at 4am. If there is snow then you go out. If there is no snow you go back to bed
If there is snow you MUST email the office at info@calgarylawn.services and inform the office that you are heading out to take care of your sites
Once you are done you MUST email the office to inform that you are done and summarize your hours (i.e. “I am done, I worked from 4am to 6:30 am, 2.5 hours)
We also need the times you were at each house in your summary ( this is very important)
If you note any irregularity please report that to the office (for example, a house was already shoveled when you got there )
Pay careful attention to the notes on the lists provided
Wage
30 dollars will be paid for each hour worked from the time you arrive at the first location to the time you leave your last site.
If you must use help (only on the bigger snowfalls, and with prior arrangement with office) your help will be paid 20 dollars per hour
Bonuses
There is no entitlement to bonuses, they are only earned.

Monthly
If you are reliable and do your snow each and every expected time within a month you could earn 10 dollars per house
Seasonal
If you are reliable and do your snow each and every time within a month you bank 5 dollars per house per month.
This bonus is only paid out and earned if you are still shoveling at end of season
Other
It is recommended you find extra help on the occasion there is larger than normal snow falls
