Your job is to listen, qualify, and route serious prospects to our sales team — and politely filter out tire-kickers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, is comfortable on the phone, and understands how to ask good questions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Call inbound Facebook & Instagram leads
Confirm interest and understand the customer's needs
Ask structured qualification questions (script provided)
Identify serious buyers vs early-stage researchers
Accurately tag and document leads in our CRM
Schedule or hand off qualified leads to the sales team
Exit calls professionally with unqualified leads
Follow clear call scripts and internal guidelines
