Community access worker for adult with complex needs

Hours are:
Mondays,
Tuesday, Wednesdays 9:00-3:00 and Thursday 9:00-4:00 (25 hours a week)

She is 39years old and has Prader Willi Syndrome which requires one on one support to ensure her safety.

We are looking for a female staff with experience working with challenging behaviors.

Please do not apply unless you have experience with complex needs or Prader Willi Syndrome

She lives in the Edgemont and most activities are in the NW. On Tuesdays she attends Access art, which is in the southwest.

Must have own vehicle
