2 Years MEAT Cutting Experience is *REQUIRED* doing the following;
1. Operating industrial bandsaws to accurately cut, portion, and trim various meat products while meeting production and yield targets
2. Reading and following cutting specifications, weights, and quality standards with minimal supervision
3. Maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
4. Perform routine equipment checks, blade changes, and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient operation
5. Work with production and quality teams to maintain consistent product quality and meet daily deadlines
