Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about helping clients improve their health and well-being. The successful candidate will deliver individualized treatments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and clinical care in accordance with provincial regulations.

Responsibilities
-Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-Provide therapeutic massage treatments within scope of practice
-Maintain accurate and timely SOAP charting in compliance with regulatory requirements
-Educate clients on home care, stretching, posture, and injury prevention
-Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
-Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
-Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals as needed
-Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients

Qualifications
-Registered and in good standing with the provincial Massage Therapy regulatory college (e.g., CMTBC, CMTO, NHPC, MTAA, etc.)
-Valid professional liability insurance
-Current CPR and First Aid certification
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and ethics
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
