Factory Ford bench mule fixture for rebuilding 9” Ford and standard transmissions , this fixture has a very historical past that it has travelled. The fixture was originally owned by Harry Hyde ( famous NASCAR crew chief ) when Harry went to work for Rick Hendrick , Harry sold all his parts and tools to Rick, then Hendrick sold of stuff to Brian Bulter ( Butlerbuilt seats ) and then I purchased a bunch of stuff from Brian . I've used the fixture a few times since and it works really great, being built back when tools were built to last . I'm told that it was the same as a dealership fixture built in 1959 but I have never seen another ever, this design has been copied from steel by many , but none that I have seen work as smooth, factory Ford part number is cast right on fixture.
