We are hiring a motivated Marketing Associate to help grow our recruiting and employment agency. This role involves marketing, business development, cold calling, and client visits to promote our staffing services.

Key Duties:
Cold calling prospective clients
Client visits and relationship building
Identifying new business opportunities
Supporting social media, email campaigns, and job postings

Requirements:
2 year experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, or similar role
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face meetings
Self-motivated and organized
Driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
