- 2-4 days per week
- Must be comfortable with Quickbooks Online
- Location near Chinguacousy and Queen
- English fluency a must

Description of duties:
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete and up to date manner
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
• Bank, credit card, and vendor statements reconciliations
Skills and qualifications
• Post-secondary education in accounting or office administration would be beneficial
• Knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in bookkeeping
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong communication and organizations skills
• Able to operate standard office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
• Conversational hindi or gujarati is an asset
