No Experience: $18.20 per hour

With Experience (1–3 Years): $19.20 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Markham. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping ensure smooth sales processes, timely client communication, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and proposals

Enter, track, and coordinate customer orders

Maintain and update customer records and internal databases

Assist with sales follow-ups and ongoing client communications

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery

Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and maintain documentation using Microsoft Word

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in inside sales support, sales coordination, or an administrative role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to multitask and work independently

Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude

Prior inside sales support experience is considered an asset
