Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, restocking ingredients)
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Support cooks during busy hours
Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
Valid Food Handler Certificate is an asset
Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
