Who We're Looking For
FSRA-licensed Mortgage Agent Level 1 or 2 (Level 2 preferred) but not mandatory

Strong sales skills and relationship-building ability

Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-focused

Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines

Familiarity with mortgage platforms and industry tech is an asset

Newer agents with strong sales ability are welcome
