AMIRI Wealth Management is seeking a driven, strategic, and results‑oriented Insurance Development Manager to accelerate internal and external sales growth, strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead inside insurance sales and business development efforts with a strong focus on generating new revenue.
Drive growth in both new and existing markets, including Corporate Solutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Ensure all business development activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Leverage CRM platforms, financial planning tools, AI technologies, and Microsoft 365 to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in the insurance industry business
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Strong understanding of retirement plans and corporate financial solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and highly tech-savvy.
Mandatory: LLQP licensing.
