Hiring | Full-Time Store Manager – Indoor Mini Golf (Didsbury Locals Only)

We are a family-oriented indoor mini golf entertainment venue opening soon in Didsbury, Alberta. We are looking for a reliable, long-term Full-Time Store Manager from the Didsbury community who can lead our team and help deliver a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for families and kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff management
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve on-site issues
• Ensure a positive environment for families, children, and guests

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years work experience; supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Experience in family entertainment, children's activities, retail, or service industries is an asset
• Looking for a stable, long-term commitment
• Must live in Didsbury
