Rosso pizzeria Restaurant is looking for Experienced Line Cook to join our busy location. Availability: Full Time, Daytime OR Evening, Weekends Wage/Salary: Based on experience. As a Line Cook , you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking Italian dishes incluiding pizza (fire wood oven) made it by HEAND, preparing dishes for customers with allergies and intolerances, estimating food requirements, ensuring quality of food and portion control, and following all safe food handling procedures. Qualifications and competencies: • Enthusiastic, outgoing and positive attitude • Organization and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work as a team • Prepared to work with minimal supervision as well as carrying out specific duties as instructed from supervisor. • Following food safety standards • Ability to legally work in Canada without an LMO • Maintaining a clean work environment • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Communication skills: Read, write and speak English • 1 – 2 years of experience Please send your resume to :
