Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Ad Creator who can produce scroll-stopping video content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You’ll help elevate La Verne’s brand presence and drive sales through compelling social ads.

What You’ll Do

✅ Create engaging, high-performing short-form video ads tailored for Instagram and TikTok
✅ Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and video edits that reflect the La Verne Cosmetics brand voice and style
✅ Produce content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions
✅ Edit videos with attention to pacing, captions, transitions, music, and platform trends
✅ Collaborate with our marketing team to align on campaign goals and performance insights

Who You Are

✔ Proven experience creating social ads for TikTok & Instagram
✔ Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
✔ Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok
✔ Trend-aware and able to translate beauty campaigns into viral content
✔ Comfortable with feedback and fast delivery

Bonus If You Have

✨ Beauty or cosmetics category experience
✨ Experience with UGC-style ad creation
✨ Ability to film UGC on-phone content with talent or self
✨ Knowledge of A/B testing for creative performance
