Milksmith is looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-minded individuals to join our team as a Team Member/Ice Cream Party Host.

What you'll do:
Team Member Responsibilities:

- Handcraft and serve ice cream, drinks, and treats with care and attention to detail
Create genuine connections with every guest who walks through our doors
- Offer thoughtful recommendations and confidently answer menu questions
- Deliver fast, accurate, and exceptional service in a busy environment
- Operate POS transactions including debit, credit, cash, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful space that reflects our standards
- Support dishes, restocking, receiving deliveries, and keeping the shop running smoothly
- Occasionally represent Milksmith at events as a brand ambassador

Ice Cream Party Host Responsibilities:

- Lead birthday parties and group events with confidence, warmth, and fun
- Set the tone from the moment guests arrive, creating an extraordinary first impression
- Guide guests through interactive ice cream experiences and activities
- Keep parties flowing smoothly and on schedule
- Engage children and families with patience, energy, and professionalism
- Set up and reset party spaces to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards

What we're looking for:

- Availability evenings, weekends, and some late nights (weekend availability is mandatory for this position)
- Warm, approachable, and confident communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliability, initiative, and a heart for hospitality
- Experience with children, hosting, or events is a bonus but not required

No prior ice cream experience is needed. If you bring the right attitude and a love for creating joy, we will teach you the rest.
