Job Title: Live-In Caregiver (Italian Speaking)
Location: Private Residence – Lansdowne Ave & St. Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON
Schedule: Friday 8:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM (Live-in Weekend Shift)
Pay Rate: $539.67 total for the three days.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Italian-speaking Live-In Caregiver to support a 90-year-old female client with limited mobility who uses a walker. The caregiver will provide personal care, companionship, and household assistance in a respectful and safe home environment.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in senior care who values patience, dignity, and attentive support.

Italian speaking preferred for comfort and communication
Responsibilities



Personal Care & Mobility Support

Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and personal care
Provide safe mobility assistance and supervision while walking
Monitor overall comfort and well-being
Companionship

Engage in conversation and emotional support in Italian
Provide attentive supervision and reassurance
Household Support

Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and tidying
Laundry
General Care

Maintain a safe environment
Observe and report any changes in condition to family
Follow family care instructions and routines
Requirements

Fluent or conversational Italian (required)
Previous experience in senior care, home care, or personal support
Comfortable assisting clients with mobility limitations
Patient, dependable, and compassionate
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Ability to work live-in weekend shifts (Friday night – Monday morning)
Preferred

PSW certification or equivalent caregiving experience
First Aid/CPR certification
