Apartment is fully furnished except the second bedroom, however it is occupied currently so I can only provide a floor plan, and pictures of my bedroom for a size example.
I am home from work currently, but once I go back in March/April I will only be home for 8 days per month (4 days every other weekend). I am very clean and keep to myself!
I'm asking for 1/2 of rent (850$) 1/2 of hydro per month. Additional parking spots available for 65$ per month, with plug in. Pets allowed, however you will have to cover the pet fee as I do not have any, but I love both cats and dogs and am open to having some furry friends in the apartment.
