Shining Falls Lodge is looking for a motivated individual for the position of Housekeeper/ Kitchen Help for the 2026 season.

Shining Falls Lodge is a Fly-In Fishing Lodge located on Family Lake, Manitoba east of Lake Winnipeg. This position would be live on site from Mid May to Mid August with a possibility of work into September or October.

We are looking for an individual who is friendly, out-going and self motivated. A love of the outdoors is a must.

The position of Housekeeper/ Kitchen Help will include tasks such as daily cleaning of guest cabins and full changeover cleaning between groups, laundry, prepping meals in lodge kitchen, dishes, cleaning of main lodge when required, helping guests in the lodge store, setting up tables, helping unload float planes, putting food orders away and other miscellaneous tasks.

The chosen applicants will be flown to the lodge mid May and out at the end of the work term. Room and board is provided for the term of employment.
