Key Responsibilities

​Deep Cleaning:
Use high-pressure power washers, scrapers, and degreasing chemicals to clean hoods, vents, and fans.

​Setup & Protection:
Cover kitchen equipment with plastic sheeting to ensure no mess is left behind.

​System Inspection:
Check for mechanical issues or grease leaks and document the "before and after" via photos.

​Compliance:
Ensure all work meets NFPA 96 standards (the industry fire code).

​Travel:
Drive a service vehicle to various client locations.

​What We're Looking For

​The "Night Owl" Mentality: Most work happens when kitchens are closed (typically 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

​Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or on rooftops.

​Reliability:
You show up on time, every time. Restaurants depend on us to be finished before they prep for breakfast.

​Valid Driver's License:
A clean driving record is usually a must.

​No Experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for those with the right attitude. An understanding of mechanics and how things work/ set up is a must.

​Benefits & Compensation

​Starting Pay: $20-25per hour (plus overtime).

​Gear Provided:
We supply all chemicals, safety equipment, and uniforms.

An ability to.communicate is a must. Having the know how/knowledge of pressure washers, pumps, power sources etc is a must.
