C Tech Fix is hiring a full-time staff member to support our retail store operations.

This role includes ( 3 day training will be provided ):

Prepaid phone plan setup (Chatr, Freedom, etc.)
Customer service and sales
Device intake for phone and computer repairs (no repair knowledge required)
Selling phone, computer, and accessories
General store support and other duties as needed

Work Schedule:

You must be available to work 6 days per week on the following days:

Monday: 12 PM to 9 PM
Tuesday: 12 PM to 9 PM
Thursday: 12 PM to 9 PM
Friday: 12 PM to 9 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 9 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 7 PM


Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to learn new systems and tasks
Reliable and able to work all 6 required days
Basic computer knowledge is an asset

Pay:
This is a salary position (not hourly).
