• Licensed Slaughtering: Fully licensed under Farm Gate Plus through the Ministry of Agriculture B.C. under Hillside Meats Ltd.

• Handled by Professionals: Slaughter will be conducted by our skilled slaughter workers.

• Transport Note: Maximum of 4 pieces for transportation. No cutting into smaller pieces.

❄️ Transportation Requirements:

• You MUST have a cooler and ice to pick up the whole carcass.

• Ice is available for purchase at the farm if you cannot pick up.
