First Class Fencing Inc. is actively seeking skilled and reliable Fence Contractors to partner with us on upcoming residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing projects in and around the Calgary area. We're offering a true partnership.

**WANTED: FENCE PARTNERS/CONTRACTORS**

A contracting/partnership is accomplished by aligning each others goals.

Here's an overview of what you can expect from us:
• Your Rates: You provide your install rates for chain link, wood, agricultural, ornamental, and vinyl fences. We pay you your rates.
• Payment Terms: Payments are made via EFT (or cheque) within 48 hours of project completion (after sending invoice, sign-off and photos).
• We Handle the Rest: We handle all the logistics—materials, change orders, collections, legal, locates, drawings, estimates, you know the rest.
• Free Clothing & Magnets: T-shirt for the crews and FCF Certified Partner Magnets for vehicle.
• Free Equipment Storage/Yard: Should things go well, you have access to our 160 acre property (9.5 minutes outside of Calgary).
• Unlimited Work: If your rates are fair where all parties can be profitable and the work is quality, we have an unlimited amount of work.

Expectations and Documents:
• Signed mutual partnership agreement (that essentially outlines below)
• Certificate of Insurance – Email your insurance and ask for First Class Fencing Inc. to be added to policy.
• WCB Clearance Letter – If you provide us your WCB # - we can print this off for you.
• Certified partner magnets and shirts are used.
• Treat clients like your own – walk throughs each morning, quality work, communicate with them
• Treat First Class Fencing like the partnership we are – Mutual respect for what we both provide.
• Communication.
