Job Description:
We are currently hiring an Order Desk Associate for a full-time day shift position in Scarborough. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders accurately

Enter orders into the system and verify details

Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and availability

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Handle phone calls, emails, and basic administrative tasks

Resolve order-related issues in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience in order desk, customer service, or administrative role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge (data entry, email, MS Office)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual
