I charge $40-$50/h depending on the scope and nature of the job.

I can bundle your service so you save and offer a package deal custom designed for you.

Typically, a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home will take me 5-7 hours again depending on if you require laundry, organizing and deep sanitizing to be conducted.

I can also work along side a co cleaner whereby the same charge is applied yet we are there for 1/2 the time.

To note:
I am a non smoker, I do not take breaks on the job, I do not attend to homes that have not been properly maintained or have damage due to mildew or mould or pests.
I do ask that you have a properly maintained vacuum as well as supply any specialized or favourite products that you wish me to use.

I will show up with clean fresh towels, microfibres, sponges, cleaning brushes, cleaners and my own JoyMoop mopping system with a fresh clean mopping pad.

It's important to use your vacuum so that I do not cross contaminate with other homes that I clean. I can of course bring my own if absolutely necessary and as a back up.
