Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of passionate servers, cooks, and support staff

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

Manage inventory, ordering, and ensuring food and beverage quality standards are met

Maintain health and safety compliance

Qualifications:

Previous managerial experience in the food and beverage industry (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
