Sales Associate – StretchLab Edmonton (Glenora)

StretchLab Edmonton is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Associate to help launch our inaugural studio in the city. This is not just a retail role — this is a founding team opportunity. You will be the first impression of our brand, the voice on the phone, and a key driver of membership growth.

What You’ll Do

Welcome members and guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

Drive membership sales through consultations, follow-ups, and proactive outreach

Make outbound calls daily to book intro stretch appointments and follow up on leads

Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching

Manage point-of-sale transactions and membership enrollments accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

Assist with local marketing efforts, community outreach, and partnership building

Track daily performance metrics including calls, appointments, and conversions

Deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting member relationships

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail sales, fitness, wellness, or customer service

Confidence making outbound sales calls (high call volume required)

Strong communication skills — bilingual abilities are an asset

Comfortable working independently in a startup environment

Organized, goal-driven, and motivated by performance targets

Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, membership-based sales environment
