Job Overview
The Yard Maintenance Personnel is responsible for ensuring our facility's grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role involves physical labor and the potential to operate heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities
• Yard Cleanup: Regular removal of garbage, debris, and waste from the yard area to maintain a professional appearance.
• Trailer Management: Safe removal and positioning of highway trailers around the yard.
• General Upkeep: Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the yard remains functional and tidy.
• Grounds Maintenance: Assisting with other outdoor tasks as required to support facility operations.

Qualifications & Skills
• Machinery Operation (Major Advantage): Experience operating machinery such as a wheel loader is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Safety Conscious: Commitment to following safety protocols while working around heavy equipment and trailers.
