The Safe ‘n Save Water Filtration system is a 2-stage under-counter water filtration system designed to remove or significantly reduce a wide range of contaminants, including heavy metals, chemicals, and physical sediments.

Based on its 1-micron sediment pre-filter and 5-micron carbon block filter, the system removes or reduces:
Lead: Effectively reduces lead from drinking water.
Cysts: Removes parasitic cysts, including Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Entamoeba, and Toxoplasma.
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Reduces a wide range of chemicals, including pesticides, herbicides, benzene, lindane, xylenes, and trihalomethanes (TTHM).
Chlorine and Chloramine: Reduces chlorine taste and odors.
Sediment: Removes particles such as dirt, sand, and rust down to 5 microns.

Stage 1: Sediment Filter 1 micron
Sediment Filter (e.g., Polypropylene): Captures large particles, rust, sand, dirt, and silt, which protects the subsequent filters from clogging.

Stage 2: Watts F109009 Carbon Filter
We use Watts F109009 Coconut Carbon Block 5 Micron Filter designed to make your drinking water even cleaner through effective elimination of chlorine, odor, and taste (CTO), and volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). With high-performance coconut-based carbon, not only will your water become cleaner, but its taste will become even sweeter and smoother with every sip.
