1) Master PPF / Tint Trainer
Location: Ontaio
Contract Position (not fulltime)

Job Description:
We are seeking an elite Master Paint Protection Film (PPF) / Tint Installer to lead and mentor students The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end, full-body vehicle wraps and a passion for teaching, demonstrating, and perfecting installation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Mentorship: Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new installers.

Perform advanced installation of paint protection film, including full-body wraps, complex curves, and bulk installations.
Technical Education: Educate students on different film types, plotter software/ template and bulk cut : Minimum 2 years of full-time, high-end, or luxury vehicle PPF installation experience.

2) Professional Sales Representative (Automotive Protection & Detailing Products) Hybrid Position

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships within the automotive detailing and protection industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive care, understands professional detailing or vehicle protection products, and excels at building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with detailing shops, automotive dealers, installers, and commercial clients
• Promote and sell Shine Supply Canada product lines including:
• Professional car cleaning and detailing products
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Window Tint solutions
• Windshield Protection Film
• Barjack tools and related accessories
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide product education, demonstrations, and technical guidance to customers
• Maintain strong knowledge of product applications, features, and benefits
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications
• Previous sales experience (automotive, detailing, or aftermarket industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of vehicle protection and detailing products is an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license / must have a vehicle
