We are a growing and dynamic company based in Burlington, ON & Bedford, NS. Seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager / Straight Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position offering stability, competitive pay, and the opportunity to play a key role in daily operations.

Position Overview

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and being on the road. You will be responsible for managing LTL freight stored in the warehouse, loading trailers, and picking up freight from our customers in a straight truck.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Manage inventory, receiving, and shipping
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Coordinate orders and prepare shipments with our drivers
• Ensure proper loading of trailers

Driving Duties:
• Operate a straight truck for local pickups and bringing them to warehouse
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Complete delivery documentation accurately
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

Qualifications
• Valid G Class driver’s license (clean driving abstract required)
• Experience operating a straight truck
• Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Forklift certification (asset)
