Farm Hand – Crop & Property Maintenance
Location: Vilna area (Precision Farming Company Inc.)
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Spring 2026
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to assist with daily operations on a crop-focused farm. This position involves general farm maintenance, crop support, and equipment operation.


Key Responsibilities:

Planting and harvesting crops

Operating and maintaining farm machinery and tools

Weed control and field maintenance

Fence and property upkeep

General labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous farm or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to operate or willingness to learn farm equipment

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Valid driver's license (preferred)
