Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-oriented Café Associates / Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness and presentation, and delivers outstanding service with a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare coffee, tea, and café beverages according to standards
• Handle cash, debit, and POS transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous café, barista, or food service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
• Food Handler Certification an asset (or willingness to obtain)
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
