80-year-old male

Recently discharged from hospital

Feeding tube in place

Care Requirements

Administer feeds via feeding tube

Administer insulin via feeding tube

Provide general nursing monitoring and support

Schedule

February 20–22:
• 1 visit per day at 1:00 PM (1 hour)

February 23 onward:
• 3 visits per day
• 9:00 AM (1 hour)
• 1:00 PM (1 hour)
• 6:00 PM (1 hour)

Family has inquired about a potential discounted rate for ongoing 3x/day visits.

Additional Information

COVID vaccination not required

No interviews required prior to starting.
