Beautiful long, unique mermaid style, black velvet slip skirt with intricate paisley design, made by Toronto designer Decadent Designs. Rounded fishtail train in the back to the ground, depending on physical height, heel height, or how low it's worn on the hips (*I'm 5'3" and I wore it only twice with a pair of New Rock boots, which gave me 2" more height, thus the skirt stayed off the ground)

Corporate gothic steampunk. Rare and discontinued from early 2000s. Fabric has some play. Great for small, medium & has enough play for some larger builds.
