Description: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented woman to assist with administrative tasks and general office upkeep in a small office environment.
Start Date: March 1
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Training: Training will be provided
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and organizing invoices
• Filing and maintaining documents (physical & digital)
• Basic data entry and record keeping
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Light housekeeping (tidying desks, common areas, restocking supplies)
• Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous office experience is an asset but not required
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Ajax, ON
