Key Responsibilities:

Harvest mushrooms carefully by hand according to size and quality standards

- Sort, grade, and package mushrooms for shipping
- Place harvested mushrooms into containers or trays
- Assemble boxes and stack finished product on pallets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow hygiene and food safety procedures at all times
- Lift and carry trays, boxes, and product (up to 50 lbs)
- Monitor crops and report any issues such as pests or mold to the supervisor
- Work in both picking and packaging departments as needed

Requirements:
- Must have a reliable car for commuting to Niagara location
- Full-time availability required
- Ability to work in humid and fast-paced conditions
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
