Counterbalance and Reach truck with 3 years exp

• Responsible for accurately shipping and receiving material for all departments
• Verifies all incoming shipments for correct waybill information and visible damage.
• Communicates and follows up on discrepancies with suppliers. Communicates with internal customers, team members and all relevant parties to ensure shipping related problems are resolved
• Ensures that incoming material is processed, recorded in Visual Manufacturing, and forwarded to appropriate storage area(s).
• Organizes, distributes and verifies parts and material for all departments.
• Prepares and processes merchandise to be returned to suppliers or delivered to customers. Coordinates best method of transport and ensures shipping documents are complete.
• Trains new hires on proper procedures
• Prepares activity report to supervisor regarding the operations of the area. Ensures all relevant files are maintained and organized.
• Uses various equipment such as a Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklift, computers, bar coder, printer, photocopier, fax machine and calculator to perform duties
• Complies with all company health & safety policies. Has a safety first philosophy
• Other duties as assigned, relevant to specific position
