We're looking for a hands on Kitchen Manager who leads by example, takes ownership, and wants to grow with a business that's moving toward expansion and franchising.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has strong kitchen leadership experience

Enjoys building systems and making sure about it's accuracy and SOP's

Cares deeply about food quality and team culture

Wants to be part of something growing ; not just clock in and out

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading day-to-day kitchen operations

Maintaining food quality, consistency, and speed

Helping improve systems as we grow
