30-35 Hours/ Week Office Administrator:
We're a mid sized commercial and industrial cleaning company, seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the Office Administrator to work partly from home and at our Waterloo office. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
• Customer/Contractor relations
• Incoming/outgoing phone calls (VOIP)
• incoming/outgoing mails (Microsoft outlook Platform)
• Preparing correspondence, documents
• Booking meetings, client/staff liaison
• Entering data, managing calendar
• Word processing and spreadsheet updates (Word, Excel)
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to manage large team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (above average typing wpm)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
