Job Title: Administrative Associate
Location: Toronto
Start Date: Wednesday, February 25
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may extend until 5:00 PM)
Duration: Approximately one week assignment
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Associate for a short-term assignment in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with document filing and organization
Performing general administrative duties
Supporting office staff with clerical tasks as required
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – mandatory
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Previous administrative experience is an asset
