DUTIES
• Delivering the perfect guest experience
• Preparing and serving high quality meals according to company standards and recipes
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts in a clean attire
• Handling front counter, receiving orders, cash flow of the restaurant
• Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food quality and safety
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintaining a high task completion rate in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS
• Previous experience in the Shawarma & Mediterranean industry or kitchen environment is preferred
• Strong time and task management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining quality and cleanliness standards
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work morning, evenings, night, weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to lift 15–25 pounds when moving items during receiving and preparation.
• Must be able to push boxes or other items weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.
