Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager – Amazon Store to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, managing PPC campaigns, and improving overall marketplace performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a deep understanding of Amazon advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management

Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account

Monitor account health and performance metrics

Coordinate FBA inventory and stock planning

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies

Product Listing Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms

Improve A Content and product images

Increase organic rankings and conversion rates

Amazon Advertising (PPC)

Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns

Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower ACOS

Monitor budgets, bids, and keyword performance

Generate monthly performance reports

Growth Strategy

Plan and execute product launches

Run promotions, coupons, and deals

Identify opportunities for new product expansion

Track sales performance and growth trends

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central

Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and PPC advertising

Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in home improvement or hardware industry is an asset
