We are looking for a part time Disability Support Worker. You will be required to work weekends. The hours worked will be from 16-20 hours per week. Saturday and Sundays. Rate of pay is $22 per hour

Wanted:
-We would like someone who is fun and energetic. Someone who likes to have fun and be silly.
-Flexibility-Must be able to adapt to a changing environment as the needs of the residents change.
-Reliable and Punctual
-Be able to organize and prioritize. Be able to work unsupervised and follow direction
-Knowledge of I-pads, laptops, computers, smart phones and social media is a definite asset

REQUIRED:
-Must provide a current First Aid Certificate
-Must provide a current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
-Must have a current drivers license and have your own vehicle. You will be reimbursed .50/km with a completed mileage log
-Must be able to cook and provide a nutritious meal that follows the Canada Food Guide and any dietary requirements
-Must speak and write in clear English
-You will need to be physically suitable for the job. You may be asked to perform the following: walking, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, etc.
