Pay: $24–$28 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Full time to start, moving to part time once Odoo is fully operational

Description:
Westrock Battery Ltd. is hiring a Bookkeeper / Accounting & Inventory Specialist. We currently use QuickBooks and are implementing Odoo. This role will support day-to-day bookkeeping and help rebuild inventory records and implement a barcoding system during the Odoo rollout.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks bookkeeping: AP, AR, bank/credit card reconciliations, data entry, basic reporting
Support Odoo implementation (accounting and inventory workflows)
Rebuild and organize inventory items, units of measure, categories, and costs
Assist with barcoding and labeling process for receiving, stocking, and issuing
Maintain clean documentation and support process roll-out with staff
Requirements:
QuickBooks Online experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Inventory experience or comfort working with product and SKU lists
ERP experience (Odoo is an asset)
Reliable and able to work independently
