Cross Street Professional Corporation has an immediate opening for a Tax Clerk. This is a temporary
part-time position for March and April 2026. Hours of work are flexible depending on volume and timing
of tax returns to be completed. Hours are estimated at 20 hours per week. Rate of pay is $25.00 per
hour.

Job Duties
Scanning of client tax documents to electronic folder:
1. Organizing client paper documents to identify relevant documents to scan
2. Calculating totals for multiple documents including medical receipts, mileage and donations
3. Summarize information using Excel worksheets for business, rental or employment schedules as
required
4. Scan paper documents
5. Attach scanned files to client electronic files

Tax return assembly:
1. Assist Administrator as may be required to assemble tax returns, contact clients and obtain
client signatures.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines with flexible hours
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Good computer skills
